Reviews and Ratings
I felt right at home at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. The location was superb, making it easy to enjoy Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, and the warm greetings from the staff added an extra touch of hospitality. However, the dining experience was a bit challenging due to availability, and the noise from the floorboards and water noises at night was a downside.
I found my stay at the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though nicely decorated and comfortable, were plagued by noisy creaky floorboards above and loud flushing noises at night. The view was less than ideal, overlooking a car park and a portaloo, but for the price, it was hard to beat. The rooms, though a little tiny, offered great value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite spacious, but there were some issues with humidity and noise insulation. Housekeeping did not meet expectations and charged my credit card despite my cash payment request.
